1. Chris and Krista’s Vintage Inspired Engagement Shoot

A special thanks to the folks at FIND Furniture store in Gowanus, Brooklyn.  Not only are they a neighborhood favorite, but they were kind enough to open their store for Chris & Krista’s engagement shoot!

  5. Gabe and Danielle’s Wedding

The big day finally came for Gabe & Danielle and it was, of course, such a beautiful day.  Although there were a few hiccups, that didn’t stop them from having a lot of fun.

And just like their engagement shoot, Danielle perfectly balanced glamorous with adorable and quirky, she has such great taste! They also managed to include their dog Oliver and his best friend Rex, surprisingly well behaved.

The couple invited their friends and family for an after-wedding brunch the next day at Pies’n’Thighs in Brooklyn.  I literally left there with a doggie bag of a huge chicken biscuit dripping with butter and hot sauce— it’s my new favorite place to eat

  6. Gabe and Danielle

I photographed Gabe, Danielle and their little one, Oliver, in their super cute apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Besides being crazy adorable, they have impeccable taste.  We spent the day taking a short-tour of their favorite weekend activiites; Brooklyn Smorgasbord, walk the Wiliamsburg Bridge, and a relaxing neighborhood bike ride.

  7. Max & Jejon

This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting under the very talented Khaki Bedford, she’s one of our amazing shooters (and soon-to-be mommy!)

We got to photograph Max and Jejon’s nuptials, which had an added meaning since only a few hours after they were married the state of New York officially recognized their marriage.  It was the perfect blend of close friends, beautiful design, and a laid-back and intimate event.

Venue: The Green Building in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn

  8. Anabel’s Baby Shower

I had the pleasure of shooting Anabel’s baby shower held at Location05 Studios in TriBeca.  Anabel is Ecuadorian, and Frank, half Ecuadorian, half Italian, so needless to say there was lots of family, lots of punch, and lots of good-times.

  9. Anabel, Frank, & Lynn

There’s something always really fun about doing family photos.  I recall my own family photos being taken (usually at a Sears in New Jersey), we all wore our Sunday best and got shuffled into a small room under lights where I’m pretty sure smelled like old teddy bears and poopy diapers.  Perhaps this is where my career choice came from.

I’m very happy that I get to meet other couples and families that would be horrified to present a Sears portrait studio photo as a proper representation of their family.  Better yet, I get to take their picture.

  10. Celebration of All That is Good Video

Forefront Church also sent me over this fun video that they made for their church, it features our very own master of the Digital PhotoBooth, Mick “The Quick”! Thanks to filmmaker Shawn Willis for including some of our photos.
